Challenge

Professionals benefit from a network of similar-minded individuals, and the network benefits from a cohesive, central portal for requisite information. Catering to the up-and-coming crowd, northern-California based Petaluma Young Professionals Network pulled LINK Creative from their contacts and solicited our services in constructing for them the online infrastructure necessary to support their vision of connecting and empowering the local community.

Solution

The heart of any network of contacts is the interpersonal relationships between the individuals. Subsequently, we put the focus on the potential stemming from the actual people. With a terse yet informative front page, the bulk of the content focuses on the biographies of the committee members. We profiled the major contributors and their respective areas of focus, with the implicit value being the range of talent associated with the key players. Other major divisions of site content include cost schedules, events, and member applications, leading the reader along the path of easiest involvement.
