Estimates

Research and development, design, revisions, installations, development and quality assurance are all considered in our estimates. An intake interview is held for all prospective clients to gather company information and project goals and an estimate is typically presented within 48 hours.

Pricing & Billing

Our estimates for work are based on a rate of $90 per hour. A deposit is collected on project kickoff, an installment is collected on design approval and the remaining balance is paid on site launch/project completion. Below is a breakdown of services, based on the average time billed for a basic web site with content management system.

Project Management

Each project starts with a kickoff meeting between the LINK team and client stakeholders. A series of questions are asked to help guide the direction of the project. Content and deliverables are discussed. A retainer check is collected, contracts are signed and your project is on it's way!

• We don't give away work for free.
• With that said, we work equally hard to ensure you are not charged for services unrendered.
• We don't like surprises. Content and deliverables will be arranged early in the project to avoid unforeseen requests and charges.
